It is our intent for all voices to be heard and all ideas to be considered. Here's how to propose a big idea to the rest of the team. Some examples of big ideas are:

1. Check that it supports our goals

Be sure to review our ‣, existing ‣, and current work in progress to make sure what you are proposing isn't already in the hopper. New work should align with our current goals, unless you are proposing a new goal.

2. Create a proposal

Create a new document in ‣ that reflects what you are proposing.

Don't worry if your idea isn't fully baked yet. Submit it anyway! We build things collaboratively here and use an iterative cycle of review → feedback → adjust. This allows us to work out our ideas in a public forum and maximizes early feedback.
