We rely on customer feedback to help prioritize our product roadmaps and build solutions that make their lives easier. However, we also believe that the people creating the tools and our diverse shared experiences produce real creativity and innovation. It is our hope that an understanding of the problem-space, time in the code base, and interaction with your peers, will lead you and others to have light bulb moments that later get incorporate into one of our products or serve as a platform to launch an entirely new service.
This is a set of resources that should help you get familiar with the category of problems we are trying to help with. At the moment this is very much centered around email phishing, but as we mature, we hope to address other attack vectors that exploit humans. Additionally, you should consider the entire cybersecurity field as our playing field.
Consider this a starting point.
